Technical Assistance Coordination Services
- Starting date: ASAP
- Duration: 1 Year (renewable)
- Location: Paris
- Status: Residential
ACTIVITIES
The Service Holder shall:
• Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regards to the COMPANY Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program in force.
• Ensure that Project procedures regarding Technical Assistance contractual and legal aspects are respected and properly implemented by all Project teams.
• Organize, when services shall be contracted, the call for tenders (including commercial evaluation of offers, technical and commercial recommendations) in accordance with Project rules and procedures.
• Launch the Technical Assistance Services Call for Tenders. Develop, negotiate the contracts and all the associated conditions pertaining to assistance contracts with qualified Technical Assistance Services companies (Considering the existing TAS Frame Agreements)
• Coordinate awarded contracts including relationship with Technical Assistance companies for
invoicing / accounting matters and preparing renewal/s of the contract/s, when necessary, in a
timely manner.
• Contribute to the management of Project HR file regarding the Contracted data (Mobilization
date, etc …)
• Produce regularly reports to the GPI / Project HR & Administration manager any areas of concern.
• Ensure strict confidentiality for all the HR data/information/documentation received or issued (whatever its support)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 5 years of experience in managing service provision contracts and tendering
processes.
- Autonomous with the ability to manage several dossiers simultaneously.
- Rigorous and methodical.
- Good communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, ability to convince, organized,
leadership and ability to put issues into perspective.
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French
