We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Specialist with prior supervisory experience in light fleet maintenance that will be responsible for the training and upskilling of current staff to maintain operational effectiveness. The role will sit under Fleet Services & Maintenance Department and require an individual who is not only hands on in the workshop and able to manage a workforce to bring out the best of them. As this role is requiring urgent filling, we will only accept individuals who are readily available for immediate start

Responsbilities
- Train and upskill workforce
- Supervises and coordinate activities of workforce on assigned projects/tasks
- Review, understand and implement daily plans
- Daily reporting of all activities
- Trade certified
- Experience working on a range of Light vehicles, Light Medium trucks, Coasters Buses, Tri axle trailers
- Prior supervisory experience managing a workforce of 10-20 personnel
- Basic computer skils i.e. MS Office
