Join our clients Training and Assurance team in a key coordination role for training activities and competence assurance systems.

This initial 12-month contract position, based in Norwich with occasional travel, offers a chance to make a real impact on our clients UK assets/sites.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive efficiency and quality improvements, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategies.

Key responsibilities include managing Learning & Development activities, maintaining a robust competence management system, and ensuring cost-effective training that adds value to the organisation.

Skills we require; Microsoft Office proficiency and experience in administrative or customer-focused roles are essential and full training will be given.
