Transaction Manager

For our Client, leading renewable energy company OX2 we are currently recruiting for the position:
Transaction Manager
 
Responsibilities:

• Project / transaction planning and execution
• Internal and external project management
• Information gathering and drafting of Information Memorandums
• Financial modelling and analysis, frequently through leading a more junior team members
• Management of advisors, primarily M&A-teams and lawyers
• Management of Due Diligence processes
• Deal origination (alone or together with more senior team members)
• Negotiations of transaction agreements and overall deal parameters
• Interaction- and communication with project developers, investors, suppliers
• Expanding and maintaining OX2 network of investors, developers

 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience from project management work in M&A
• Documented experience from deal-making in an M&A context
• Background from corporate finance / investment banking, M&A boutiques or private equity
• Experience from the infrastructure / energy/ renewables industry is a prerequisite
• Analytical with high numerical skills and highly structured
• Humble, transparent and confident, but not overly confident
• Trouble shooter and problem solver with a genuine interest in deal-making
• Fluent in Polish and English
• High Education Degree
