Our client is looking for a Transformation Project Coordinator:

Your main missions will be:
- You will support the Transformation Lead and ease the decision-making process in
- preparing and keeping updated the project roadmap and planning,
- coordinating issues resolutions (and corrective actions),
- monitoring the project’s health,
- reporting on a regular basis all key information,
- maintaining the project documentation up to date.
- You will serve as liaison between all stakeholders of the project, including internal and external parties like suppliers throughout the project life cycle to ensure proper understanding and actions from anyone involved
- You will help building positive response to new ways of working by partnering with the Change management specialist by listening to stakeholders’ voice, preparing the appropriate training plan and content

Job requirements:
- Proven Project Management and/or Supply chain experience required
- Experience in external workforce management is a plus
- Geographical mobility
Specific skills:
- SBM business acumen
- Knowledge of a company organization and network
- Stakeholder management at all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills in English
