The role offers an exciting opportunity with an above market salary for a mining professional to take the next step in their career. In this exciting period of growth, several opportunities exist to join the Underground Team as an Undermanager.
You will be responsible for supervising all activities on shift to ensure that planned work is completed in a safe and efficient manner. You will strive for the achievement of production targets through the active leadership and development of production teams. You will actively ensure statutory and safety compliance whilst driving a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving with high standards.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Underground longwall Mining
- NSW 2nd Class (Undermanager’s) certificate of competency
- Diploma Underground Coal Mine Management (Undermanager)
