Warehouse Person Contract

Warehouse I - Contract (3 months)

 

Job Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Receives shipments in accordance with documented procedures
• Verify bills of lading and delivery tickets to ensure proper quantities and correct parts
• Document proof of delivery
• Ensure all items are properly marked and preserved before staging
• Stages material in appropriate areas
• Maintain logs for warehouse and distribution
• Take responsibility for tidiness and organization of working areas
• Prepares packing lists and bills of lading
• Perform physical inventories
• Scan and post / file documents as required per work instructions / procedures
• Prepare shipping documents to include BOL’s, Packing Slips, pick lists and mailing labels.
• Communicate with internal customers regarding shipments.
• Ensure all orders have been filled correctly
• Other duties as assigned in the workshop by Workshop Supervisor

 

Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience: 0-2 years of experience

Skills and Abilities: Requires basic communication skills and common courtesy
