Our Client is looking for a WEC (Well Construction) Specialist for their Directional Drilling department in Calgary Alberta. This is a field role, 21/7 shift working 12 hour days.
Role Overview:
The WEC Specialist – DMHV DD is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, implementing standard work procedures, and managing risks throughout operations.

Role Overview:
The WEC Specialist – DMHV DD is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, implementing standard work procedures, and managing risks throughout operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute service delivery accurately and on schedule, meeting all job requirements.
- Lead and participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote company products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards through CAT implementation, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Engage actively in Service Quality Meetings with customers, developing and following through on action plans to improve performance.
- Support Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality programs and initiatives.
- Consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to HSE policies.
- Maintain up-to-date safety training and certifications.
- Proven experience in service delivery roles within relevant technical fields.
- Strong understanding of risk management and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality excellence.
