Work Preparation Engineer/Job Card

Aker Solutions is now looking for a Work Preparation Engineer/Job Card with experience from onshore or offshore projects. The project is lead from Kristiansund.
 
Position Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop job cards for both prefabrication and installation of piping, pipe supports and inline equipment.
• Establish estimates based on agreed norms for the above tasks.
• Communication with other discipline personnel, prefab-coordinators and workshop operators.
• Participate in development and digitalization processes related to exiting routines and procedures.

Skills and Levels Description:

• Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, relevant technical education or similar
• Skilled in MIPS, TIME and Navisworks
• Fluent in Norwegian and English both verbally and written language.
• Good knowledge in general computer technology and experience from piping design/construction is a benefit.
• Ability to work independently in a hectic environment.
