Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has unveiled its annual ‘40 Under 40’ list, recognising an inspiring group of leaders making their mark on the workforce solutions ecosystem.
We are pleased to announce that our very own Gavin Peavoy has been recognised in the 2020 listings.
Strategic, innovative and wanting to make a difference both for their communities and the world - are just a few of the admirable traits used to describe the 2020 class of 40 Under 40.
According to the judges:
“These 40 professionals exemplify passion, integrity, creativity and the perseverance that is needed to connect people to new opportunities amid Covid-19 and beyond. They have chosen varied career paths to get here; but what is striking is their commitment to putting people first.”
Gavin has been with NES for 14 years and has travelled the globe throughout his career, starting in the UK and now as US Managing Director, he is responsible for the Americas region covering the US, Canada and Latin America.
At the heart of Gavin’s vision is cultivating great teams and relationships, providing solutions, driving innovation and adding value. Throughout his tenure at NES Global Talent, he has fostered longstanding relationships with clients and contractors.
Looking forward, Gavin sees himself leading NES Global Talent further into its given markets by continuing to provide exceptional talent, even quicker and more cost effectively through technology. He also looks forward to supporting the energy industry as it moves to cleaner and more efficient solutions. His priority is to help the company’s clients to make this transition and meet their net zero commitments by 2050.
