Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
Rate: $37–$40/hr

Role Summary
The Accounting Clerk supports FP&A and Supply Chain Finance with reporting, financial analysis, and data management. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone building skills in Excel, Power BI, and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
- Support supply chain cost tracking and KPI reporting.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and ad hoc analysis.
- Build and maintain Excel models and basic Power BI dashboards.
- Work with enterprise finance systems (Anaplan, Oracle, Visual CFin, Asteryx).
Required:
- 1–2+ years in accounting/finance
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
- Basic Power BI knowledge
- Analytical mindset; good communication
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Familiarity with Anaplan, Oracle Financials, Visual CFin, Asteryx
- Comfort learning system logic
