- Monday to Friday, Full time
- $35 - $45 per hour
- 12 month contract
- Advanced in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to manage complex calendars, travel, and confidential correspondence
- Experienced in financial administration including invoice processing and budget tracking
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and prioritise key engagements
- Coordinate Senior Leadership meetings and prepare agendas and briefing materials
- Track actions, decisions, and deliverables to ensure timely closure
- Handle confidential correspondence and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and reconcile payments ensuring compliance
- Maintain structured document repositories and generate executive reports
