Role Summary
The Business Analyst III supports Chevron’s Health & Medical (H&M) organization by developing analytics, reports, and insights that drive strategic decisions. The role partners closely with the Global Business Support Manager to define requirements, improve processes, and deliver high quality analytical outputs.

Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to support H&M strategies and priorities.
•    Gather requirements, document systems/processes, and translate business needs into reporting specifications.
•    Retrieve, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to create actionable insights.
•    Build analytical tools, visualizations, and business cases to support internal and external trend evaluations.
•    Track stakeholder satisfaction and implement improvements to processes and reporting.
•    Provide project updates, identify risks/mitigations, and monitor deliverables.
•    Support process improvement initiatives and development of global standards and tools.
•    Maintain working knowledge of H&M applications, including the Global Medical Database.
•    Collaborate effectively across teams with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree (health related field preferred).
•    5+ years experience in analytics or related field.
•    Experience with health data, metrics, and data integration.
•    Proficiency with: SQL, Access/Excel, data tools, Power BI (advanced), Excel & PowerPoint (advanced analytics + visualizations), SharePoint (design & administration)
•    Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.
•    Ability to present insights clearly in visual, written, and verbal formats.
•    Experience working with diverse teams.
