Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new customer opportunities in Taiwan and across the Group, particularly in the renewable energy sector, focusing on integrated logistics solutions.
- Identify and build relationships with key accounts by creating and maintaining a priority client list.
- Collaborate with Group Business Managers to expand multinational business opportunities and leverage synergies across regions.
- Participate in tenders and actively pursue project wins to support business growth.
- Explore new channels and partnerships to increase market share and strengthen company competitive position.
- Establish and manage CCU operations for offshore wind projects in Taiwan, ensuring successful execution and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in logistics, shipping, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to engage at senior levels.
- Demonstrated success in tender participation and project acquisition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multicultural teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Knowledge of offshore wind and renewable energy industries is a strong advantage.
