Business Solutions Analyst Position Summary This position is part of the Business Performance team within the Business Solutions department, focused on developing technical solutions that enable system, data, and process automation.

Business Solutions Analyst Position Summary This position is part of the Business Performance team within the Business Solutions department, focused on developing technical solutions that enable system, data, and process automation.
Job Description
- The successful candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities, well‑developed behavioral competencies, and experience in change management, data, analytics, reporting, and technology related to land and well data.
- This role requires advanced facilitation skills to lead meetings and drive results, ensuring effective outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Accountable for delivering business process, system, and data automation initiatives through technology assessments, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment to business stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional attention to detail, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Advanced business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, validation, testing, facilitation, change management, and process and data modeling.
- Experience with upstream land and well applications such as WellView, SiteView, CS Land, Execute, and StackDX.
- Advanced technical skills in:
- PowerPlatform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Azure application development
- Python scripting
- Spotfire
- Relevant post‑secondary education in petroleum, computer science, business analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive oil and gas experience, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
