Job Description-CAM Field Specialist
Location: Wellington, Colorado
Schedule: 21 days on / 7 days off, On‑Call Rotation
Hours: 12‑hour days (approx. 40 hours/week average)
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $26–$30 per hour
Position Overview
The CAM Field Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, accurate, and timely services and products within onshore field operations. This role supports wellsite, field, and plant‑based activities while ensuring operational compliance, strong customer engagement, and high‑quality service delivery.

Position Overview
The CAM Field Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, accurate, and timely services and products within onshore field operations. This role supports wellsite, field, and plant‑based activities while ensuring operational compliance, strong customer engagement, and high‑quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, accurate, and on‑time product and service delivery to customers.
- Perform rig‑up and rig‑down operations and ensure compliance at the wellsite, job location, and plant.
- Maintain a strong commitment to continuous learning and meet required competency standards.
- Mentor and support junior field personnel as needed.
- Participate in job risk assessments and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Communicate effectively with customer contacts to promote products, services, and solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant oilfield experience.
- Hands‑on experience assembling, disassembling, installing, or maintaining equipment.
- Valid driver’s license (Light Driver type).
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.
- Professional demeanor with a proactive, safety‑focused work ethic.
