Woodside Energy is seeking a Carbon Land and Asset Advisor for a 12 month contract with potential to extend.
Woodside’s Carbon Solutions function is comprised of several work groups that together seek to build a portfolio of carbon credits to meet Woodside’s obligations and corporate net-zero targets.
Activities within this function include market purchases of carbon credits, investment in third party carbon credit projects, and the registration and execution of in-house carbon credit projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide operational, technical and administrative support to the Carbon Land & Asset Management team, with a primary focus on supporting the Aus Carbon Land Coordinator in the management, compliance, maintenance and continuous improvement of Woodside’s Australian carbon land assets across WA and NSW.
- Coordinate the execution of discrete capital projects across the portfolio of WA carbon farms.
- Develop and document a farming / grazing lease and license process, including associated workflows and data management requirements.
- Establish and maintain lease and license records to support compliance, audit and reporting needs.
- Provide ongoing management of existing land leases and licenses, including renewals, invoicing support and record maintenance.
- Support preparation and maintenance of property familiarisation packs for multiple carbon properties.
- Experience supporting land, property, agricultural, environmental or asset management activities
- Experience coordinating contractors and site‑based works
- Familiarity with rural or regional land assets is desirable
- Valid WA drivers license
Core skillsets required:
- Strong organisation and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
- Clear communication and stakeholder coordination
- Competency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Ability to work autonomously under direction
