About the Role Our client is a respected design consultancy seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–3 years’ post‑graduate experience in Australia to join their land development team. You’ll work on a range of subdivision and infrastructure projects, contributing to design, documentation and project coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing civil works for land development projects: roads, earthworks, drainage, sewer & water
- Preparing technical drawings, documentation and reports
- Supporting feasibility assessments and project planning
- Coordinating with internal teams, authorities and external stakeholders
- Assisting senior engineers with design reviews and compliance requirements
- Degree-qualified Civil Engineer
- 2–3 years civil design experience in Australia (essential)
- Background in land development or subdivision design (advantageous)
- Familiarity with Civil 3D and 12D
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
- Established consultancy with strong regional and metro project flow
