Construction Manager Wind Farm
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the execution of renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on wind farms and photovoltaic installations. This role combines technical oversight, contractor management, and on‑site representation of the investor to ensure high‑quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing tender processes for Balance of Plant (BoP) for wind farms and EPC contracts for PV projects.
• Reviewing and analyzing technical documentation and contractor offers.
• Representing the investor at the wind farm and PV construction site.
• Leading contract negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with project schedules.
• Preparing regular progress reports for the head office.
• Participating in construction council meetings.
• Addressing and resolving technical and organizational issues on site.
• Supporting the project development department.
• Ensuring quality standards and health & safety compliance on the construction site.
• Settling and closing contracts with construction contractors.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wind energy construction projects
• University degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong project management skills.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of Polish regulations related to wind farm construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Category B driving license.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the company’s headquarters in Kraków.
