Role: Electrical Construction Supervisor
Based: Almelo, the Netherlands
Duration: 12 months
Rate: competitive monthly salary - employed only
As an Electrical Construction Supervisor (MS/LS), you will oversee and manage the execution of electrical work within industrial projects. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, safe, and compliant construction. You will be part of the construction management team, working closely with construction supervisors from other disciplines and supporting tmahe Construction Manager and Project Manager.

As an Electrical Construction Supervisor (MS/LS), you will oversee and manage the execution of electrical work within industrial projects. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, safe, and compliant construction. You will be part of the construction management team, working closely with construction supervisors from other disciplines and supporting tmahe Construction Manager and Project Manager.
What does this role entail:
- Leading and supervising teams, ensuring they perform their work correctly and safely.
- Monitoring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards. Workplace safety is paramount.
- Developing detailed work and project schedules and coordinating their execution with other disciplines (e.g., mechanical, civil) and stakeholders (project management, engineering, production).
- Monitoring project progress, costs, and milestones, and reporting to the project or construction manager.
- Providing technical support and resolving issues that arise during installation or construction.
- Managing project documentation.
- Acting as a central point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and the internal project team.
Role Requirements:
- A completed MBO level 4 or HBO level education in electrical engineering or a similar field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the industrial or construction sector.
- Knowledge of MV/LV installations, electrical systems, relevant codes, and safety protocols.
- A good command of Dutch and English (preferred), both spoken and written.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
