Construction/Site Planner 
 
Contract period: 31.03.2026 - 29.06.2027
Location:  Hammerfest 

Main tasks:
  • The Planner is responsible for the planning function within the sub project or at contract level in the project. Responsible for the Construction planning function.  
  • The Planner shall be proactive and ensure that the sub project or Contractor has sufficient planning systems and procedures that ensure consistent planning in accordance with governing documents.  
  • Ensure the quality of Contract Master Schedule (CMS), Contractor Detail Schedule(CDS) and Contract Detailed Work Element Schedules (CDWES). 
  • Follow up of the contract during the contract period, and attend monthly meetings.
  • Progress control including float, efficiency, productivity measurement, trend and analysis for the contract. Establish and weekly update of KPI dashboard for critical areas.  
  • Together with Commissioning planner optimise schedule interface between Construction and Commissioning. 
  • Together with Contractor and Company construction team give input Operation plan and WO plan.  
  • Hands-on site role with close day-to-day follow-up of contractor planning activities and construction execution at site. 
  • Ensure input to monthly report preparation.  
  • Ensure contract administration related to schedules.  
  • Ensure risk management of the contract associated with Project Planning.  
  • Support Planner Lead and Project Control Manager in preparation of updated plans when Project baseline updates.  Contributing to cross-functional collaboration and coordinated and good working processes within the project, operations and with the contractor’s planning functions and other relevant functions. 

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years as planner in oil & gas brownfield projects within operated plants, including SIMOPS and shutdown/turnaround execution.  
  • Multi-discipline constructability skills and experience. 
  • Skills within Safran Project or similar tools. 
  • Team player, good communication and reporting skills. 
  • Ability to communicate in Norwegian is preferred. 
  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred, but relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
