Position: CPY Representative – Umbilicals
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (with UK vendor visits)
Start Date: 01-Dec-2025
Duration: 12 months renewable contract
Status: Residential
Role Overview:
Represent the company at the Umbilical manufacturing plant and UK vendors for URS ancillaries and SPS equipment. Ensure timely delivery, compliance with HSE standards, and quality control throughout manufacturing and testing phases.

Role Overview:
Represent the company at the Umbilical manufacturing plant and UK vendors for URS ancillaries and SPS equipment. Ensure timely delivery, compliance with HSE standards, and quality control throughout manufacturing and testing phases.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise contractor HSE activities and enforce compliance with company standards
- Monitor manufacturing, testing, and qualification programs
- Review and approve documentation, audits, and manufacturing record books
- Liaise with CPY leads for HSE, quality, materials, and delivery
- Issue weekly reports on status, look-ahead, and quality issues
- Minimum 20 years professional experience, 15 years in projects
- Expertise in umbilical and ancillaries manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of testing regimes and quality standards
- Degree/Master in Engineering or equivalent experience
- QC certifications are a plus
