Role:- Customer Service Advisor
Based: - Foleshill, Coventry CV6
Rate of pay:- £14.44p/h +33 holidays (25days+8BH)
Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 5pm
Duration: 12-month plus contract
The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a small friendly team. The companies’ offices are open plan, providing a good working atmosphere and working relationships between departments.

The Customer Service Advisor's weekly duties will include:
- Answering approx. forty calls and emails per day
- Resolving customer issues
- Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries for after sales
- Dealing with root cause analysis and issue prevention.
- Ability to multi-task
- The skill to deliver a first-class customer experience within an office environment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Good IT skills
- Good attendance and timekeeping.
