Customer Service Rep

Summary Support sales and customer operations by managing quotes, pricing, order entry, contract review, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and pricing
  
  
• Enter POs and perform contract review (ISO compliant)
  
  
• Coordinate orders from entry through shipment
  
  
• Communicate schedules, updates, deviations, NCRs, and RMAs
  
  
• Collaborate with Production, Accounting, and Sales
  
  
• Track OTD performance and maintain accurate ERP data (MAX)
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years inside sales, sales support, or order management experience
  
  
• Manufacturing environment preferred
  
  
• ERP experience (MAX a plus)
  
  
• Advanced Excel skills
  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
