For our Client, delivering unique projects in the premium real estate segment, we are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Design Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive coordination of the design process- from the concept stage, through the development of design documentation, to supporting execution and fit-out- working closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and compliance with the investor’s requirements.
Scope of Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating the design process at all stages of project delivery.
  • Reviewing design documentation for consistency, quality, and compliance with project assumptions.
  • Ongoing collaboration with design teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Supervising finishing works and coordinating execution scopes.
  • Organizing working meetings, defining action plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Managing the flow of information and design documentation.
  • Supporting tender processes and participating in the coordination of technical and material solutions.
  • Cooperating with the project management team in the areas of changes, costs, and schedules.
  • Liaising with external institutions regarding formal approvals and arrangements.
Requirements
  • Higher technical education (architecture, civil engineering, or a related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing or coordinating design-and-build or design and execution projects.
  • Practical experience working with design documentation and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to independently organize work and manage multiple project streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of office tools and project planning software.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Willingness to travel for business and to work outside Poland.
