DrillX is the digital transformation program for the Drilling & Wells business.  The DrillX team's role is to promote & facilitate this transformation at headquarters & in subsidiaries, leveraging all available digital technologies. This can be achieved through the internal development of solutions or the selection & purchase of external solutions, while also fostering future co-development projects to meet the evolving needs of the business.

The DrillX Change Management & Adoption Coordinator will be responsible for:
 
  • Supporting products planned or currently being deployed through change management activities & adoption strategy.
  • Supporting products already deployed to boost adoption.
  • Liaising with subsidiaries to facilitate product deployments & adoption.
  • Reviewing & harmonizing KPIs & implementing tools to monitor & track product usage & value.

While not exhaustive, the following list provides an overview of the expected activities for the DrillX Change Management & Adoption role on the DrillX program:
 
    • Assess the complexity & risks of adoption in direct collaboration with Product Managers (PMs) & Product Owners (POs)
    • Co-manage change initiatives with the product team, in alignment with the roadmap
    • Define & deploy the change & adoption strategy (communication, training, engagement)
    • Structure the stakeholder mapping: sponsors, managers, key users, local digital ambassadors
    • Identify & analyse impacted populations (business personas) & target users
    • Formalize As-Is/To-Be business processes, consistent with product choices
    • Analyse the impacts of change (functionalities, uses, processes, organization) & assess impact levels
    • Collaborate continuously with PMs & POs:
    • Gather feedback Users
    • Contribute to defining target uses
    • Align with user journeys & functionalities
    • Define adoption indicators & business KPIs, & contribute to monitoring with the product team
    • Design & manage the adoption plan (at least quarterly)
    • Implement change management governance (committees, champion network, site coordination)
    • Produce communication & training materials aligned with the product
    • Collect, structure, & share user feedback with PMs/POs
    • Ensure handover to run & local teams when relevant
  • Strategy & change management plan (end-to-end)
  • Stakeholder management & network facilitation (central + local)
  • Data-driven adoption management (KPIs, dashboards, feedback loops)
