SALARY & BENEFITS
Contract Role
- $1,400 per day plus super
- Fortnightly pay via a modern online payroll system
- 6‑month contract with strong potential for extension
- 2 positions available
- 8/6 roster – Thursday to Thursday, 12‑hour days
- PPE provided
- Flexible start date – negotiable
- Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant & Support Team throughout your contract
- Invitations to NES Fircroft Contractor Events
- Opportunity for additional contracts through our extensive client network
- Experienced Electrical Supervisor with strong leadership capability
- Background in EPCM management or client‑side experience (Calibre highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of HV switching, isolations, and permit systems
- Excellent communicator with a proactive, safety‑driven mindset
- Supervise and support HV Operators delivering switching, isolations, and permit activities
- Oversee safe execution of HV access, test, and vicinity permits
- Join a respected mining operator with a strong safety culture and structured processes
- Contribute to reliable crusher operations at Western Ridge from day one
- Provide leadership, coordination, and technical oversight in a high‑risk environment
