Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of products and services across departmental or cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
- Review project status, budgets, and prepare regular reports.
- Identify and resolve project issues, applying structured problem-solving approaches.
- Develop mechanisms for tracking progress and facilitating intervention when needed.
- Operates with a high level of autonomy, receiving assignments in task- and objective-oriented terms.
- Influences operational planning and policy implementation, with decisions impacting schedules, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.
- May hold budget or P&L accountability for a department or function.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- University degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of prior relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and consistency in deliverables.
