- 12-month contract
- $65-$90/hr + super
- Perth, CBD
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Relevant experience in mining or heavy industry
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptable and committed to meeting changing project requirements and deadlines
- Manage the Engineering Control Sheet to track deliverables, status, and progress
- Coordinate resource allocation and track engineering personnel effort against work packages
- Oversee timesheet submission and approval to ensure accuracy and alignment with project codes
- Support engineering team administration including meeting coordination, documentation control, and compliance records
- Assist Engineering Leads and Managers with forecasting resource needs and identifying gaps
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and report to management to maintain schedule integrity
