Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day (40-hour work week) Onshore

Role Overview
The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product & Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This includes identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and assisting field and maintenance crews in preparing equipment for operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
  • Maintain equipment in good, safe working order according to standards, report problems or deviations.
  • Ensure individual and crew work safety.
  • Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down times.
  • Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
  • Wear PPE and comply with HSE policies.
  • Maintain required safety training.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (minimum education requirement).
  • Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred for heavy equipment transport
  • Experience operating heavy equipment or in oilfield/industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of HSE standards
  • Physical ability to handle rig-up/rig-down tasks and work in outdoor conditions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
