Role Overview
The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product & Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This includes identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and assisting field and maintenance crews in preparing equipment for operations

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
- Maintain equipment in good, safe working order according to standards, report problems or deviations.
- Ensure individual and crew work safety.
- Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down times.
- Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
- Wear PPE and comply with HSE policies.
- Maintain required safety training.
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum education requirement).
- Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred for heavy equipment transport
- Experience operating heavy equipment or in oilfield/industrial environments.
- Knowledge of HSE standards
- Physical ability to handle rig-up/rig-down tasks and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
