We are looking for an experienced, business-minded Expansion Manager for our international energy client — a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the expansion of e-mobility infrastructure across the Polish market as part of one of Europe’s leading energy companies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure locations for EV charging stations and related infrastructure.
  • Lead property acquisition processes, including negotiations and collaboration with the legal team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, and key business partners.
  • Develop and implement the strategy and organizational structure for the Expansion department.
  • Maintain and expand the database of potential locations in line with the company’s expansion plans.
  • Contribute to market development and infrastructure growth strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, expansion, or infrastructure development (preferably with property purchase experience).
  • Proven experience in negotiations related to property acquisition and contracts.
  • Highly autonomous, goal-oriented, and able to manage projects independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Very good command of English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in e-mobility, EV infrastructure, or related technologies is a plus.
