Job Title: Feedstock Supply Manager – Waste Plastics Location: remote

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of long-term feedstock supply strategies for waste plastics. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in negotiating complex commercial agreements and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the waste management ecosystem.

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of long-term feedstock supply strategies for waste plastics. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in negotiating complex commercial agreements and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the waste management ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), waste management companies, and national Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs).
- Secure long-term waste supply volumes through strategic partnerships and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate and structure supply agreements for waste plastics destined for chemical recycling or MRF projects.
- Analyze and interpret legislation and directives related to plastic waste management to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
- Assess market size and commercial terms for high olefin-containing MRF residual plastics (e.g., EWC 19.12.04, 19.12.12).
- Develop a strong understanding of MRF economics, gate-fee dynamics, and their impact on feedstock pricing.
- Lead negotiations for long-term feedstock supply agreements with complex commercial structures.
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders in the waste management sector.
- In-depth knowledge of plastic waste legislation and industry directives.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing supply agreements for waste plastics.
- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of market dynamics for MRF residual plastics.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze economic models and gate-fee structures within MRF operations.
