Join a specialist maintenance planning hub where you’ll play a key role in coordinating major maintenance activities. This position involves balancing current and predicted equipment condition data, efficiently scheduling work, and ensuring clear communication across operations. You’ll work closely with line leaders and support staff while exercising autonomy to gather and analyse the information needed for effective planning. Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to standardised planning processes and procedures.
  • Maximise equipment availability by aligning maintenance strategies with stakeholders.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate major equipment and process outages to minimise downtime and optimise business value.
  • Develop maintenance performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Support area objectives through resource planning, process analysis, and long-term scheduling.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through reliability-focused practices.
  • Manage routine and ad-hoc maintenance planning.
About You

  • Strong planning experience in a maintenance-related role.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Experience in long-term shutdown planning.
  • Proficiency in PC software, including MS Project and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team of planners.
  • High attention to detail, analytical capability, and collaborative mindset.
