A global leader in power conversion and energy storage systems are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support utility-scale Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Australia.

Field-Based | Up to 70% Travel
A global leader in power conversion and energy storage systems are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support utility-scale Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Australia.
The Role
- Commission, troubleshoot and repair PCS and BESS systems
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Diagnose electrical, control and communication faults
- Lead small site teams when required
- Prepare service reports and maintenance plans
- Deliver customer training
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in power electronics, power generation or industrial power
- 3+ years’ field service experience
- Strong knowledge of three-phase and DC systems (up to 1500V)
- Experience with PLCs, industrial controls and reading electrical schematics
- Familiar with Modbus, CAN or industrial communications (desirable)
- Strong safety mindset and experience working to Australian standards
- 12 month contract to start, ongoing arrangement
- Base + Overtime + Car Allowance + Super + Company Card
