Fieldglass Program Analyst

Overview
The Supply Chain organization is seeking a Fieldglass Program Analyst to support the Construction Management & Inspection Program Office (CMI PMO), part of the broader P2P Process Enablement & Automation team. In this role, you will help optimize Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes, strengthen rate governance, and support field operations across a high‑volume contingent labor program.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong Fieldglass expertise with analytical capabilities and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Fieldglass Operations & Governance
  • Manage daily SAP Fieldglass Contingent module activities, including work orders, revisions, extensions, and closeouts.
  • Ensure job postings meet correct job classifications, rate structures, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and update job catalogs, rate structures, and other functional Fieldglass configurations.
  • Support system governance and contribute to improvements in configuration and process design.
Rate Management
  • Apply deep knowledge of rate governance to create and validate new rate cards, supplier structures, and job classifications.
  • Manage contractual rate changes, including updates to rate schedules and time‑sheet‑based allotments.
  • Interpret contractual rate details and assess impacts to work orders, allotments, and compliance.
Operational Support
  • Process weekly time sheets within defined SLAs and resolve discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows to improve reporting and operational visibility.
  • Provide user guidance, training materials, and support to internal stakeholders across the business.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with stakeholders in Contracts, Procurement, Projects, Construction Management, HR, and IS to investigate and resolve system issues.
  • Support ongoing process improvements and contribute to program scalability as transaction volumes grow.
Qualifications Required
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on SAP Fieldglass Contingent module experience, including rate structures, schedules, and rate governance.
  • Ability to interpret contractual rate schedules and understand downstream impacts to work orders and time‑sheet allotments.
  • Background in procurement, contingent workforce management, or construction project support.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing large transaction volumes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with change management (communications, training, rollout planning).
  • Background in process improvement or P2P optimization.
  • Familiarity with construction inspection work or field operations.
  • Experience with SAP ECC, especially Materials Management (MM).
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate.
