Required: - Experience: Mid-level/Senior, at least 5 years of successful experience in mobile software development. React Native, Spring Boot, Angular, Hexagonal Architecture, SQL, NoSQL, Rest, API’s,  GraphQL, Clean Code, CI/CD, GIT, DevOps, GitHub, Azure

Full Stack Developer Objectives and Deliverables:

My client is seeking a Full Stack Developer with React Native/Spring Boot/Azure.
Frontend: Mobile React Native.  Backend: Java Spring Boot.  You will also resolve bugs and test applications or services.

Full Stack Developer responsibilities will include:
 

• Design and develop the mobile application using React Native, with an MVP approach.
• Ensure a smooth and high-performing user experience, adhering to React Native best practices (optimization, modularity, testability).
• Strong expertise in React Native, its ecosystems, and advanced patterns is required.
• Participate in the development of backend APIs using Spring Boot, with GraphQL integration.
• Develop cloud-native web applications (Azure), with the challenge of scaling across multiple sites and internationally.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach is essential, as the application is scalable, given the project's complex business context and non-standardized processes.
• Advanced software craftsmanship and architecture skills are required.
• Implement features and associated tests, ensuring code quality (maintainability, testability, security).
• Identify, analyse, and correct bugs and potential security vulnerabilities.
• Participate in database modeling.
• Contribute to technology choices and innovation.

Cross-functional contributions:
 

• Participate in the design/maintenance of new tools/packages shared by the organization.
• Challenge the team's vision.
• Participate in cross-functional Communities of Practice (CoPs) and organizational initiatives.

Required skills:

Must have (MH) / Nice to have (NTH) / Soft skills
 

• Essential: Solid experience with web and mobile applications in production using React Native MH
• Experience with a Spring Boot backend framework or equivalent MH
• Experience with Hexagonal Architecture is preferred
• Desired experience with the Angular NTH frontend framework
• Proficiency with SQL & NoSQL databases (potentially SQLite)
• Solid experience in developing REST (MH) GraphQL NTH APIs.
• Knowledge of microservices would be an asset.
• A passion for Software Craftsmanship/clean code, which the environment (Squad, CoP, coaches) helps to promote.
• Strong Git skills and initial experience in a DevOps context (CI/CD, with GitHub or similar).
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies would be a plus.
