Job Specification
 Responsible for overseeing the design and installation for all mechanical works mainly for LPG and Condensate storage tanks and for solid sulphur handling scope part of NFW Offplot development program, providing oversight to the FEED and EPC Contractors in delivery of all technical requirements and discipline documents developed during FEED and EPC fully comply with project requirements.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience
 10 years' experience in Engineering roles, including 6 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 2 years' experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.
 Extensive experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or service companies involved in the oil and gas
industry.
 Broad experience and demonstrated competence in managing across all phases of project execution including start up and handover, and managing technical issues.
 Broad knowledge in project planning, scheduling, cost control, project gating system, project execution plan, risk management, change management, interface management, commissioning, and hand over processes/procedures.
 Extensive knowledge across engineering disciplines, international engineering standards, specifications, design, and execution methodologies.
 Strong experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.
 Proven experience in technology adoption and implementation of continuous improvement.
 Experience in designing pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, and storage tanks, and familiarity with relevant software and standards such as ASME, API, and TEMA.

Technical and Business Skills
 Fluent in written and oral English.
 Strong analytical, organisational, coordination and planning skills.
 Good communication skills and ability to interact / interface at all levels.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc..
 Deep knowledge of industry codes, standards and practices for
machinery discipline.
