HEAD PROJECT CONTROL & SERVICES
Experience

• 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry with IOC/EPC/EPIC companies.
• 8+ years in a lead or head position handling project controls.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6, SAP, MS Project, and project analytics tools.
• Experience in full project lifecycle: engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of offshore projects.
• Strong background in cost management, schedule control, risk management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project control functions — planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, progress measurement, risk and change management.
• Develop and maintain key project control documents — Master Schedule, Cost Reports, Change Order Register, Trend Register, Risk Register, etc.
• Monitor project performance (schedule delays, risks, and cost variances) and recommend corrective actions.
• Support commercial management — handle change orders, contract amendments, and claims in coordination with Contracts & Finance.
• Coordinate with multiple departments (Finance, HR, IT, QA/QC, HSE) to align project services and ensure smooth execution.
• Lead tendering support — bid evaluation, budget control, cost estimation, and schedule review.
• Manage reporting — produce deviation and progress reports for senior management.
• Guide and supervise project control teams to ensure consistent implementation of company procedures.
