Arbeidsoppgaver:
- Være aktiv pådriver av SSU arbeidet i felt i samarbeid med leverandører og drift
- Daglige dokumenterte runder i anlegget for å sikre at HMS blir en naturlig del av arbeidet
- Morgen og ettermiddags møter med leverandørers HSE ressurser for å sikre en alignet tilnærming
- Sikre at hms krav gjøres kjent og etterleves
- Delta på TBT og drive opplæring i felt
- Utarbeide ukentlige TBT info i forhold til avtalte risiko områder i samarbeid med leverandørene
- Være en pådriver av check and act kulturen
- Følge opp at SSU tiltak i AT blir etterfulgt
- Delta og organisere inspeksjonsrunder
- Bidra aktivt på daglige tavlemøter
- Drive arbeidet med å forhindre fallende gjenstander, inklusiv is/ snø
- Være en positiv safety coach
- 15/20 rotasjon
Kvalifikasjoner:
- Minimum 10 års erfaring
