HR Administrator

Greetings From NES Fircroft !!

We have a role open for the below opening 
Role: HR Administrator (Construction Phase)
Location: Dubai JLT
Assignment Duration: 3-6 Months -May be extendable
Require Arabic Speaker & Immediate Joiner

Responsibilities:

• Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)

Qualifications

• Experience with HR software
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
