NES Fircroft is recruiting an experienced High Voltage Reliability Engineer for our Tier 1 miner, supporting 220kV transmission, GIS substations and power generation assets in a complex operating environment.

Benefits:
- Location: Perth CBD
- Contract: 12 months (Likelihood of extension to 2027)
- Rate: $100–$110/hr + super
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 40hrs
- Other Benefits: Fortnightly pay, EAP contractor support, dedicated NES Fircroft consultant
- Degree qualified Electrical Engineer
- Proven HV reliability experience within power generation or HV networks
- Experience with 220kV overhead lines, GIS substations, transformers
- Exposure to solar generation and diesel backup systems
- Experience with SAP (CMMS), AHM, DEP and/or Babelfish preferred
Role responsibility:
- Develop reliability based maintenance and risk mitigation strategies for HV assets
- Analyse asset health data to identify failure modes and reliability trends
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Provide reliability input to standards, equipment selection and projects
- Support capital improvements to power system reliability and asset life
- Support life cycle asset management and continuous improvement initiatives across HV and generation assets
