As a Construction Supervisor for Instrumentation and Automation, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all instrumentation and automation systems within industrial projects. This will ensure compliance with the client's safety procedures, quality standards, and project requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, safe, and compliant construction. You will be part of the construction management team, working closely with construction supervisors from other disciplines and supporting the Construction Manager and Project Manager.

What does this role entail:
• Lead and supervise teams in the daily installation and construction of I&A systems
• Ensure that all work strictly complies with applicable safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications
• Oversee the proper installation, calibration, and testing of equipment such as sensors, actuators, and control and monitoring systems
• Identify and resolve system issues and unexpected challenges that arise during the construction or installation phase to maintain operational efficiency
• Develop and monitor schedules, manage the inventory of materials and components, and report progress to the Construction Manager or Project Manager
• Coordinating with engineering teams and other disciplines (e.g., mechanical, civil)

What do you have to offer?
• A completed MBO or HBO (intermediate vocational education) degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a similar field
• At least 3-5 years in sectors such as oil & gas, (petro)chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or heavy industry
• Knowledge of I&A systems, P&IDs, and relevant standards and regulations
• A good command of Dutch and English (preferred), both spoken and written
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
