Key Accountabilities
  • Supports Land Asset Teams in acquiring and maintaining oil and gas leases and Exploration & Production contracts through research, report development, and data analysis.
  • Reviews and interprets leases and contracts to determine working interest and net revenue interest for new wells, workovers, and recompletions.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal groups, including Operations, Development, OBO, and Legal.
  • Generates reports using the Quorum Land System or Business Objects.
  • Collects and evaluates data to support contract and lease obligation reporting.
Required and Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Intermediate-level role requiring typically 3–5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrates progression toward full competency in the discipline.
  • Possesses a broad, general understanding of land and contract management concepts.
  • Capable of identifying issues and developing potential solutions.
  • Makes decisions within clearly defined guidelines and parameters.
