Lead Contracts

• Leading and supervising the contracts team.
• Preparing and executing tenders – from Invitation to Tender (ITT) up to award.
• Administering post-award contracts to ensure contractors meet their obligations.
• Advising on contracting strategies and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Improving supplier performance, handling audits, and maintaining contract management systems.
• Supporting demand planning and helping optimize procurement value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Commerce.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry (with at least 3 years in a lead/supervisory role).
• Strong knowledge of tendering, contract law, supplier relations, and contract administration.
