- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Highly organized with good time management
- Experience with TROBEXIS or similar tools
- Thrives under pressure and adapts quickly
- Plan and schedule all project travel and accommodation
- Book flights, buses, and accommodations
- Manage TROBEXIS booking system
- Handle rescheduling due to delays or cancellations
- Communicate travel info to personnel
- Support onboarding with Recruitment and Mobilisation
- Perform other duties as needed
