The Maintenance Associate plays a key role in ensuring equipment is maintained, serviced, and delivered on time to support operational needs. Working under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician, this role handles routine and higher-level maintenance tasks aligned with the organization’s maintenance program.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and eager to learn within a structured maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned maintenance activities in accordance with established maintenance programs and operational requirements.
- Support efforts to improve maintenance efficiency, cost effectiveness, asset availability, and overall reliability.
- Precisely record maintenance actions and data within the organization’s lifecycle management systems.
- Follow all maintenance standards, technical procedures, and safety practices.
- Maintain and grow technical competency through training and skill development programs.
- Participate in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance processes and performance.

Required:
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment maintenance
- Ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Willingness to work extended or rotating shifts
- Prior maintenance or mechanical experience
- Experience in industrial, oilfield, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking or lifecycle management systems
