Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, including conveyors, pumps, and motors.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
