Job Title: Mechanical Data Analyst
Duration: 1 year

Location: Beaumont Texas
Role Purpose
Pull, organize, and format maintenance and reliability data from SAP and other systems into actionable reports and dashboards for managers to make informed decisions. Provide administrative office support to ensure smooth operations and compliance with site standards. Deliver accurate, actionable analytics to improve mechanical maintenance effectiveness across Beaumont Complex—focused on reliability (MTBF), restoration speed (MTTR), productivity (WCP), backlog health, and cost competitiveness—aligned with Req, GO&ES, R&M RM.0012 and Work List principles.
Key Outcomes
Reliable KPI reporting for MTBI, MTTR (median & p80), WCP, backlog health, and maintenance cost competitiveness.
Clear insights that drive site actions and measurable improvements.
High data quality and consistency across sites.
Enhanced Complex MOE site metric oversight utilizing dashboards & analytics for effective decision-making.
Efficient administrative support ensuring smooth team operations and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities
Data & Analytics:
- Import, cleanse, validate CMMS/EMS data; maintain KPI definitions; resolve data issues.
- Perform trend analysis, bad-actor Pareto; provide actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards; prepare weekly/monthly KPI packs.
- Facilitate weekly reliability and monthly KPI reviews; track actions.
- Align with GO&ES and Work List, train site users.
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for team activities.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and procurement requests.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for compliance and record-keeping.
- Support onboarding of new team members and assist with training coordination.
- Serve as point of contact for internal communications and document control.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in data science, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance/reliability analytics or CMMS data work (SAP PM/Snowflake/Maximo preferred); administrative support experience strongly preferred.
Technical: Power BI/DAX, SQL, Excel; PowerPoint for executive summaries; basic statistics (percentiles/control charts).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
