- Lead and motivate a multi-skilled team
- Play a key role in sustainable energy operations
- FIFO roster – 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $180,659.10 + Superannuation ($202,338.19)
- Total Package: $216,877.04 including allowances
- Roster: FIFO – 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, 10-hour days
- Perth-based role with travel to WA Goldfields and SA

We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Mechanical trade qualification with strong operations background
- Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead teams
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Experience in power generation and HMI systems
- Strong communication, resilience, and motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment
