NES Fircroft is currently hiring for a permanent position Mechanical Inspector to be based in RAK & Abu Dhabi. We’re seeking a qualified professional with a strong background in mechanical construction supervision, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and water supply systems for high-rise and mixed-use buildings.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in mechanical construction supervision
- Strong understanding of mechanical methodologies, building codes, and quality assurance procedures
- Experience working with consultancies on large-scale building projects
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Role Highlights:
- Supervise and inspect mechanical works on-site
- Ensure contractor compliance with contract documents and specifications
- Monitor health & safety, quality control, and site progress
- Coordinate with Resident Engineers and document inspection activities
- Prepare site measurements and implement quality procedures
